    Loved the place, had a fine stay for a business trip. The food was local and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The staff were competent and efficient and provided help:)))

    I loved the very nice skyline view from the two-bedroom suite. The room was super clean, and I appreciated meeting a friendly housekeeper who was eager to help. The kitchen facilities were fantastic for preparing snacks.

    Modern hotel with good service and stunning location adjacent to the night life of The Bund, and high end boutiques, restaurants, and a supermarket. Beautifully decorated and modern rooms with dining table, the bedroom and snacks, EFFICIENT staff. Public parking nearby provided. The pool is nice and relaxing too.

    the location was stunning, for example, a soaring skyscraper was at a moderate distance from the hotel. we loved the convenience of the studio suite, as well as central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

    The two-bedroom suite felt luxurious and spacious. The hotel is connected to the MRT and two malls, made exploring convenient. Views from our room were amazing, especially of the nearby skyscrapers. The staff were helpful. They even called me about a forgotten item and arranged its return. I appreciated how clean and neat everything was during our 4-night stay. I faced a frustrating situation at checkout. Despite calling for help with our luggage, we waited 20 minutes with no one coming. This was particularly tough since we had a lot to carry, and my elderly father had to manage his heavy suitcase alone. I did enjoy the breakfast and the array of facilities, but some improvements could be made on service responsiveness. I'd consider returning because the positives outweighed the negatives.

    Location is amazing, right above a huge mall. The two-bedroom suite was spacious with a kitchenette, washing machine, and fine views of the skyline. The bathrooms had luxurious rainfall showers and marble finishes. People staying here can grab free snacks and hot drinks throughout the day. The indoor swimming pool was a nice touch too!

    We had an amazing stay! The spacious room had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, and the heated pool offered stunning views of the city. Although the breakfast could improve, the facilities were excellent overall, and I would choose this place again without hesitation.

    Had a blast with my friends! Great location and connected to a luxury mall. Rooms were spacious, and we loved the fine skyline views. Plus, the kitchen made it easy to grab snacks and meals. Highly recommend for group trips!
